Summer Scrapbook Camp Registration Form
Classes will be held at Memory Mania
17424 Airline Highway, Prairieville,
Oak Grove Village Shopping Center (across from Frank’s).
You supply the pictures, adhesive and the memories,
and we’ll supply the rest!!
$150 tuition includes supplies, instruction & camp Tshirt,
album, and all supplies needed to complete a
20-page scrapbook during camp:
Instruction includes: Basic Scrapbooking, Specialty Page Layouts, Stamping, Embossing, learning the latest & greatest embellishments & much more!
Participation is limited to the first 15 paid applicants, so call 744-CROP, or come by our store to register or to get more information.
$150 (plus tax) registration fee is due upon registration and is non refundable due to advance preparation & purchases per camper
